Hosted by the coordinating institution, the University of Klagenfurt, via the online conference platform CISCO Webex, the final BENEFIT project meeting took place on February 4, 2021, from 9 to 12 am.
It included a summary and wrap-up of completed tasks and activites by each WP leader, followed by a more general project-management related part concerning final financial reporting and the underspending situation caused by unspent travel budget. Then the consortium discussed task assignment and coordination of activities for the final report, the external financial audit and a question and answer session for all partners.
The final part of the meeting was devoted to thanking all partners, networking and discussing possible future cooperations resulting from the bond created during the 3 years of joint work.
30 participants from all BENEFIT institutions plus one external QA expert attended the event.
