On Tuesday, December 15, from 2 pm Serbian time onwards our industrial partner NiCAT will hold an online lecture via Zoom on the topic: How to achieve a successful career and what is the first step – the key elements of success.
The lecturer will be Goran Mladenovic, director of NiCAT cluster with 20 years of business experience, expertise in HR and organizational development, who conducted more than 2000 assessments and interviews, held presentations on several continents, and transformed more than 40 companies. The objective of the lecture is to learn what are the key elements of success, how to get to the first position, what are the basic competencies needed for career success, as well as how to successfully prepare for an interview. The lecture will be held in Serbian language.

Also, we want to announce that another online lecture will be organized on December 21, and the topic includes cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. We will provide information about the exact time and lecturers soon. The lectures are realized in the framework of the project BENEFIT (Boosting the telecommunications engineer profile to meet modern society and industry needs) which is co-financed by the Erasmus + Program of the European Union.
